摘 要:文化差异、文化敏感性问题在教师教育中似乎很少被关注,但却是在教师教育过程中越来越不能被忽视的一个重要方面。在多元文化时代,教师教育如何适应学生文化特征和背景是一项重要的课题。本文从文化敏感性这一视角入手,分析其对教师工作的挑战,研究文化敏感性在教师教育中的重要作用,并探索我国教师教育的发展取向。作者认为,教师教育发展应该着重关注学生文化的差异性,打破教师教育对待不同文化背景学生教育的统一性,改变教师忽视学生社会文化背景的现状。In teachers' education, little attention has been paid to cultural difference and cultural sensitivity. Actually, they are very important parts in teachers' education. In muhicuhural era, how to make teachers' education keep in line with students' changing cultural characteristics is an important task. Will cultural difference and cultural sensitivity pose challenges to teachers' teaching? What is the bottleneck for teachers' professional development? This paper will analyze the challenges, discuss the important role of cultural sensitivity in teachers' education, and explore the development orientation of teachers' education. It holds that in teachers' education, focus should be put on students' cultural differences, and teachers should adopt different teaching methods for students of different social and cultural backgrounds.
