摘 要:据动力相似理论设计合理的缩尺模型,用振动台模型对岸桥结构进行动力学试验分析。设计中的缩尺模型各构件(梁)长度可基于原形尺寸由相似比尺推导获得,而梁截面厚度却不能与长度按同一比尺缩小,致使模型产生畸变。采用有限元预测系数法获得畸变模型的动响应预测系数从而可预测原型的动态特性。为验证用该方法所得预测系数的有效性,以相似理论制作缩尺模型并使截面厚度产生畸变,对畸变模型进行锤击模态及地震振动台试验分析。结果表明,试验结果与有限元计算结果相近,结构发生最大加速度、应变位置相似,表明畸变预测系数合理。According to the dynamic similarity theory,the reasonable scale model of a container crane structure was designed and tested on shaking table.In the scaled model,the length of each component (beam)is in similarity to the size of the prototype,but it is difficult to alter strictly the thickness of cross section according to the same scale and this makes the scaled model distorted.Finite element prediction coefficient method was applied to get the prediction coefficient which was taken used in the distortion model to predict the dynamic characteristics of prototype.In order to verify the effectiveness of the prediction coefficient,a distortion model with the distorted thickness of cross-section was made,on which a hammering modal test and a series of seismic sharking table tests were successively carried out.The results showe that the experimental results are close to the calculation results.The maximum acceleration and strain are nearly at the same positions.It indicates the distortion coefficient of prediction is reasonable.
