摘　　要：由于抗体在诊断和治疗等多方面有极其重要的应用,针对各界对抗体的不同需求,目前已发展并完善起一种新的生物学技术——抗体库技术。该技术可同时有效的处理大量抗体分子,不经动物的阴性选择,从任一种属中获得少有的亲和力高、专一性强的抗体。本文将此技术作一介绍。It has been proved that antibodies are extremely important in the medical diagnosis and treatment.To meet the diverse demands of antibodies in different fields, a new biotechnology known as antibody library has been developed and improved.This biotechnology can simultaneously deal with a large number of antibodies in an efficient way, and then obtain rare antibodies with high specificity and affinity from any species without negative selection of animals.This review is focused on the constructions, applications and prospects of this bioteehnology.
