血友病家庭健康教育课堂对改善患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析血友病患者出血前后的心理健康情况、健康知识认知程度等方面,研究进行血友病家庭健康教育课堂讲座对改善血友病患者生活质量的重要性。方法将年龄在5~15岁40例患者随机分为干预组（n=20）和对照组（n=20）,干预组采用血友病患者出血后家庭健康教育课堂讲座与出血后药物治疗相结合;对照组采用传统的健康教育与药物治疗结合。结果对两组患者出血后健康知识认知程度及焦虑、抑郁程度进行比较,干预组患者应对所出现的不适症状的效果及对健康知识认知度均明显优于对照组。结论通过血友病家庭健康教育课堂培训可使血友病患者掌握预防和治疗知识、提高保健知识认知度、减轻紧张和恐惧、辅助轻松安全的度过出血期,使出血后功能恢复顺利完成,从而改善生活质量。Objective To analyze the psychological changes and health knowledge awareness levels of hemophilia sufferers before and after bleeding respectively, and to study the importance of health education lecture on increasing life quality of the sufferers at hemophilia family.Methods 40 sufferers with hemophilia ranging from 5 to 15 years old were randomly divided into two groups namely the intervention group（n = 20）and the control group（n = 20）.The intervention group adopted a method combining health education lectures after bleeding at family with medication after bleeding, while the control group combined traditional health education with medication. Results Comparison was made between the two groups after bleeding in terms of awareness level of health knowledge, and levels of anxiety and depres- sion, which showed that patients in the intervention group had a higher awareness level of health knowledge and more proper treatment measures for discomforts than those in the control group.Conclusion Health education lectures at hemophilia familycan help sufferers learn how to prevent and treat hemophilia, increase the awareness of health care knowledge, reduce the horror and tenseness, assist to get through the bleeding time safely and comfortably, which makes the functional rehabilitation after bleeding successful to improve the life quality.
