摘　　要：目的探讨嗜酸性胃肠炎的CT影像及临床特点,旨在提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析5例嗜酸性胃肠炎患者的CT影像表现及其临床资料。结果嗜酸性胃肠炎患者临床症状表现为多样性;CT影像主要表现为以胃和小肠为主的弥漫性管壁水肿和增厚,CT影像显示病变部位和程度与临床疼痛部位和症状基本一致;患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数明显升高,患者对激素治疗敏感。结论 CT检查可快速显示嗜酸性胃肠炎的病变范围和程度,这有助于对本病的诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and CT image of eosinophilic gastroenteritis and improve the understanding of this disease. Methods The CT images and clinical data of 5 cases of eosinophilic gastroenteritis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis performed diverse clinical symptoms. CT image showed diffuse wall edema and thickening mainly in stomach and intestine,and the lesion site and degree were consistent with the clinical pain and symptoms. The peripheral blood eosinophil count in patients was significantly higher than that in controls. Those patients were sensitive to hormone therapy.Conclusion CT examination can rapidly show the scope and extent of the lesions, which will be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
