摘　　要：为推进传统制造业企业转型升级,实现节约成本、扩大生产、提高竞争力,工业自动化是企业的发展趋势,通过在物联网的基础层上采用视觉传感器来实现信息的采集,采用光学字符识别技术对信息进行图像处理,再经过信息传输、智能分析,形成基于机器视觉检测技术的物联网结构,结合B/S架构与数据库技术,研究一种新的工业自动化领域应用模式iVWOT(Intelligent Visual Web of Things),进一步融合视觉物联网技术与自动检测技术在工业自动化中的应用。Upgrade to promote the traditional manufacturing enterprise transformation,achieve cost savings,increase production,improve competitiveness,industrial automation is the development trend of enterprises,through the base layer in the Internet of things using the vision sensor to realize the information collection,information for image processing using optical character recognition technology,through the information transmission,intelligent analysis,formation network of machine vision detection technology based on the structure of matter,the combination of B /S architecture and database technology,a new application of industrial automation field iVWOT（ Intelligent Visual Web of Things）,application of further integration of visual networking technology and automatic technology in industrial automation.
