摘 要:设计一个机械传动性能测试实验台,为测试研究机械传动系统性能做准备。为此,用SolidWorks建模,用有限单元法比较行星齿轮机构和蜗轮蜗杆传动机构在载荷作用下的啮合齿面受力变形特征;结合背隙,分析应力应变;对这两种传动机构进行模态分析,谐响应分析,分析其固有频率和振型,分析位移、应力频谱以及在振动最大处的应力变形情况,进行理论数据比较,并给出结论。The paper designed a transmission performance test bench for preparation of the mechanical transmission performance testing.It then compared planetary gear and worm gear mechanism,teeth sur-face by the force deformation characteristics,stress and strain analysis under load,used the modal analysis to analyze two transmission mechanism,included the natural frequencies and mode shapes,comparing two vibration reducer,combined these two transmission mode analysis and harmonic response analysis,and analyzed resonance frequency,frequency vibration curve,stress cloud images,displacement and accelera-tion cloud images,as well as the stress deformation at the maximum resonance point.It finally compared the two theoretical data transmission modes,and reached the conclusions.
