摘  要:目的了解临床专业学生对全科医学认知情况以及基层就业态度,为政府重视和发展高等医学院校全科医学教育提供政策建议。方法采取整群抽样方法对某部属医学院校703名临床专业学生进行问卷调查。结果调查发现,绝大多数(94.3%)临床医学生对全科医学不了解;仅有3.8%的临床医学生作为选修课学习过《全科医学概论》;只有1.4%和0.9%的临床医学生表示非常愿意去城市和农村社区医疗机构工作;有43.0%的临床医学生表示将来愿意成为全科医生;薪资待遇(80.2%)、晋升机会(52.6%)和住房保障(51.1%)等是影响临床医学生去社区就业的主要因素。结论临床专业学生对全科医学认知不高,全科医学院校教育水平亟待提高,医学生基层就业政策导向需要确立。OBJECTIVE To know the recognition of general medicine (GM)and attitude on community-based employment among medi- cal college students so as to offer some policy advices for governments to develop general medicine education of medical colleges. METHODS 703 clinical students were interviewed with self-administered questionnaires by cluster sampling method. RESULTS Most (94.3%)of clinical students had a low recognition of GM. Only 3.8% clinical students have learnt introduction of general medicine as optional courses. 1.4% and 0.9% clinical students had willing to work at urban primary health institutions and rural health institu- tions after graduation from medical colleges, respectively. 43.0% of clinical students were willing to become general practitioners af- ter graduation. There were some main factors such as wage(80.2%), promotion(52.6%) and housing security(51.1%) to affect clini- cal students working at primary health institutions. CONCLUSIONS The clinical students of the medical colleges have low recognition about GM, and the level of GM education of medical colleges need be improved further. The governments should take a great atten- tion to construction of GM education systems and pave a platform to encourage college graduates working at primary health institu- tions.
