摘　　要：恶性淋巴瘤的发病机制一直是肿瘤研究的一个重要课题，但至今尚不完全明确。最近有临床研究表明TLR4（Toll－like receptor 4，TLR4）在套细胞淋巴瘤组织中和多种淋巴瘤细胞系中均有较高表达，且与预后有一定相关性。本文对TLR4在恶性淋巴瘤发生发展中的作用做一综述，以阐明淋巴瘤发病机制并为其治疗提供新的依据。The pathogenesis of malignant lymphoma has been an important topic in tumor research ,but it is still unclear.Recent clinical studies showed that the expression level of Toll -like receptor 4（TLR4）was signif-icantly high in mantle cell lymphoma tissue and a variety of lymphoma cell lines .At the same time,the TLR4 ex-pression level was correlated with prognosis .The Role of TLR4 in malignant lymphoma for occurrence and devel-opment is reviewed in this article ,which may elucidate the pathogenesis and provide a new basis for the therapy of lymphoma.
