摘　　要：基于车辆静置温度和台架试验技师的操作技巧这两个噪声因子,运用DFSS对某自动档车型的节温器开启温度、换档点、怠速转速等参数进行油耗优化研究,通过模拟软件对油耗的模拟分析与实际试验结果的关联比对,不断优化分析模型,最终实车验证油耗目标的改进且结果更加稳定。Based on vehicle soak temperature and technician driving skill as the noise factors, DFSS is used to optimize the fuel economy of the control factors including thermostat opening tempera- ture, shift pattern and idle speed on an AT vehicle. Through the correlation between actual vehicle test results and simulation results, the simulation model is updated for the fuel economy calculation, the result shows the fuel economy is improved.
