摘  要:为遴选硒富集能力强的优质水稻品种,在安康富硒区域采集土壤和水稻样品进行分析,研究了不同土壤含硒量对稻米硒含量和品质的影响。结果表明:13份水稻品种平均硒含量达0.08mg/kg,国丰1号品种在对应土壤硒含量达0.82mg/kg的最高水平下,稻米中硒含量达最高0.16mg/kg;品种渝优35对应土壤硒含量达0.31mg/kg的较高水平,稻米硒含量却相对最低,仅为0.04mg/kg;品种D优11号在土壤硒含量达0.31 mg/kg的较高水平下,稻米中硒含量却很高,达到了0.14mg/kg,说明不同水稻品种对硒的富集能力存在差异,但总体上稻米硒含量随土壤含硒量升高呈增加趋势,有利改善稻米品质。综合品质指标,遴选出D优11号和徽优多系1号为品质和硒富集能力较优的品种。In order to select the good quality rice species with rich selenium,the soil and rice samples were collected from selenium-rich areas in Ankang,and were used to analyze the selenium content and quality of rice.The results showed that the average selenium content of 13 rice varieties was 0.8 mg/kg.When the soil selenium content reached the maximum 0.2 mg/kg,the rice variety Guofeng 1 showed the maximum selenium content level of 0.6 mg/kg.Yuyou 35 had the minimum selenium content of 0.4 mg/kg when the soil selenium content was 0.1 mg/kg.Dyou 11 presented relatively a higher selenium content of 0.4 mg/kg in condition of low soil selenium(0.1 mg/kg).It suggested that the capacity of extracting selenium from soil varied greatly in different varieties.Within a certain range,the selenium content and quality of rice increased with the increase of soil selenium content.By comparison,Dyou 11 and Huiyouduoxi 1 were selected as the varieties with good quality and high selenium enrichment ability.
