眼烧伤双路环形硅胶管置入保护泪点临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察双路环形硅胶管置入泪道在眼烧伤中对于泪点保护的临床效果。方法 眼烧伤并有眼睑烧伤住院者35例（41眼）。采用双路环形硅胶管置入对泪点进行保护。3月后拔管，随访6月。结果 除1例（1眼）因泪点糜烂提前拔管致泪点狭窄（2．44％）外，余34例（40眼）（97．56％）泪点位置及形态均正常，无泪点闭锁情况，泪道冲洗均通畅。结论 双路环形硅胶管置入在眼烧伤中对泪点起到有效的保护作用，操作简便、创伤小、疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of canalicular intubation of double-passage annular silicone tube for the protection of lacrimal puncta in eye bums. Methods Forty one eyes of 35 hospitalized patients with eyelid burns accepted double-passage annular silicone tube canalicular intubation to protect lacrimal puncta. The tube was extubated 3 months later. And the patients were followed up for 6 months. Results Except for punctual stenosis in one case caused by puncta erosion and extubation in advance, the remaining 34 cases （40 eyes） （97.56%） had normal lacrimal position, morphology and function. Conclusion The double-passage annular silicone tube canalicular intubation is effective on protection of lacrimal puncta in eye burns, which is simple, safe, and time saving.
