有晶状体眼硅油取出术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察采用套管针主动抽油的方法行有晶状体眼硅油取出的临床效果。方法 对68例有晶状体硅油眼采用套管针主动抽油的方法行眼内硅油取出术，观察取油操作时间、术后视力、眼压及眼部并发症等。结果 操作历时1．5～5min，术后1个月时视力均有不同程度地提高，术后眼压7．8—19mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），术中术后未见明显并发症。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of silicone oil removal through venipuncture cannula in phakic eyes. Methods 68 eyes with silicone oil tamponad underwent silicone oil removal through venipuncture cannula. The average duration of silicone oil removal, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complication were observed. Results The duration of silicone oil removal was 1.5 min to 5 min. The corrected visual acutity has some degree improvement a month later. The postoperative intraocular pressure was 7.8 ~ 19 mmHg（ 1 mmHg =0. 133 kPa）. The complication was not observed. Conclusion Sili- cone oil removal in phakic eye through venipuncture cannula is simple and effective.
