摘　　要：学校章程是高校管理的基本准则,是学校明确办学方向、实现办学特色的重要保障,学校章程对建设现代大学制度起到基础性的作用。以承德石油高等专科学校章程为例,探讨了具有校园文化特色的学校章程建设。The school charter is the basic criterion of management in colleges,which is the important guarantee to realize the clear orientation and school running characteristics.At the same time,school charter plays a fundamental role in the construction of modern university system.This paper discusses the construction of school charter in higher vocational colleges based on the characteristics of campus culture of Chengde Petroleum College.
