摘 要:高层次科技人才是昂贵、稀缺的人才资源,在当今社会是各国发展的核心竞争力,是各大高校和科研机构相互争夺的对象,做好高层次科技人才的引进工作对促进科技创新水平的提高具有重要的意义。文章分析了我国高层次科技人才队伍的现状以及高层次科技人才引进工作中存在的主要问题,从人才引进规划、选才机制、人才引进渠道和方式、引进与再培养、薪酬激励和考评、协议管理以及服务保障等多方面进行了探讨,针对性地提出了完善高层次科技人才引进工作的措施。High level science and technology talents, who are expensive and scarce resources, are the core competitiveness of national development in today's society. Universities and research institutions seek for them. To do a good job of introducing high level science and technology talents is of great significance to promote the improvement of scientific and technological innovation. The present status of high level science and technology talents and the main problems existing in the introduction work of high level science and technology talents were analyzed in the paper. Discussed from talent planning, talent selection mechanism, channels and means for introducing talents, introduction and cultivation, salary incentive and evaluation, agreement management and service guarantee, measures for perfecting introduction work of high level science and technology talents were put forward accordingly.
