干扰素诱导蛋白16在结直肠癌中的表达及与p53、p21^(waf1/cip)表达的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌组织中干扰素诱导蛋白16(IFI16)表达与p53及p21waf1/cip表达间的相关性。方法免疫组化SP法检测56例不同病理组织分化结直肠癌标本IFI16、p53、p21waf1/cip的蛋白表达,Pearson等级相关分析法分析及其表达间的相关性。结果在结直肠癌细胞中IFI16除呈现胞核表达外,尚存在胞质的异位表达。IFI16的表达与p21waf1/cip表达呈正相关(r=0.365,P<0.01),而异位的IFI16与p21waf1/cip表达呈负相关(r=-0.298,P<0.05);IFI16的表达与p53表达无显著相关性(r=0.056,P>0.05)。结论 IFI16可能通过细胞表达及定位调控p21waf1/cip及其下游路径激活参与结直肠癌的发生、发展。Objective To study the expression and significance of IFI 16, p53 and p21waf1/cip in colorectal cancer tis-sues.Methods The SP immunohistochemistry method was applicated to detect the expression of IFI 16, p53 and p21waf1/cip in paraffin embedded blocks of colorectal cancer tissues .Results IFI16 was detected in nuclear and cytpoplasm of color-ectal cancer cell.The expression of IFI16 was positive correlated with p21waf1/cip （r=0.365, P〈0.01）, but the epitopic expression of IFI16 was negative correlated with p21waf1/cip（r=-0.298, P〈0.05）.There was no significant association between IFI16 and p53（P〉0.05）.Conclusion IFI16 might take part in the occurrence progress of colorectal cancer ac-cording to the expression and location of IFI 16 related with the p21waf1/cip .
