口腔鳞癌中VEGF和PCNA的表达相关性研究

摘　　要：目的运用免疫组化方法研究VEGF、PCNA在口腔鳞癌及正常组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法收集原发性口腔鳞癌病理切片标本34例,癌旁正常组织15例。运用免疫组化方法检测VEGF和PCNA在口腔鳞癌及正常组织中的表达水平。结果 VEGF与PCNA在口腔鳞癌中阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织,两者在口腔鳞癌中阳性表达率与病理分级呈正相关关系。结论 VEGF和PCNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达存在相关性。检测VEGF和PCNA在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平对口腔鳞癌的病理分级的判断具有一定意义。Objective To study the correlation of VEGF and PCNA expressions in oral squamous carcinoma and normal tis‐sues by immunohistochemical staining method .Methods 34 pathological samples of primary oral quamous cell carcinoma and 15 samples of normal tissues were collected .Immunohistochemically staining method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA .Results The positive rates of VEGF and PCNA in oral squamous carcinoma were higher than that of normal tis‐sue ,and the positive rate was positively correlated with pathological degrees .Conclusions The VEGF level was correlated with PCNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma .The tests of VEGF and PCNA may have significances in defining the pathological de‐gree of oral squamous cell carcinoma .
