摘  要:通过田间试验研究在施用化肥的基础上增施氨基酸对白菜产量、根系活力及土壤酶活性和土壤微生物生物量的影响。结果表明,增施氨基酸较单施化肥处理增产2.62%~11.50%,根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性提高,硝酸盐含量下降。而土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性在不同生育时期均较化肥处理提高,酸性磷酸酶活性在白菜生长后期有一定程度的提高。此外,土壤微生物生物量碳和微生物生物量氮均随着氨基酸用量的增加而提高。说明在施用化肥的基础上施用氨基酸能够对白菜起到增产、提高品质、改善土壤生物活性的效果。A field experiment with Chinese cabbage was conducted for investigating impacts of amino acids on yield, root activity, soil enzyme activities and soil microbial biomass. Results showed that with increasing application of amino acids on the base of chemical fertilizer, the yield of Chinese cabbage was improved by 2.62%-11.50%, and the root activity and nitrate reductase were increased, and the nitrate content decreased.However, the soil enzyme activities of urease and sucrase during three growth stage were improved with the increase of amino acids application rate, whereas, the acid phosphatase activity was improved only at later growth period. Furthermore, the soil microbial biomass C and N were increased with the increase of application rate. It was suggested that amino acids could increase the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage, improve soil biological activity.
