摘　　要：以EBSCO与Springer-Link为文献搜索数据库,以合作社概念—组织形式选择—内部治理研究为主线,对近期国外合作社治理研究文献进行整理评述,展现国外合作社治理研究的基本态势,剖析合作社内部治理规则的变迁与相关理论的不足,并展望合作社组织形式的未来发展。Based on the databases of EBSCO and Springer-Link, the recently foreign researches on cooperative governance with the main line of ＂Conception, Choice-making of organization forms, Interior governing Researches＂ are reviewed, the basic trends in current research on foreign cooperative governance are presented, the transition of cooperative interior governing regulations and the shortage of relevant theories are revealed, and finally some advice for the future boom of cooperatives is put forward.
