摘 要:当代分析哲学家斯特劳森曾经这样说过:“任何哲学家只有在用他自己时代的术语来重新思考前人的思想时,他才能理解他的前人。”(cf.Strawson,PP.1—11)本文的想法与这一思想相似,目的是对康德哲学的性质提出一种新解释,即把它看作是一种“概念实在论”,进一步分析康德这一哲学所面临的困难与问题,并提出自己的一些见解。Kant's philosophy is a conceptual realism,while it insists on the existence of independent objects;it also takes reality as the constructed result by our concepts.These two aspects of Kant's thought appear to be a contradiction,which is showed between his agreement with the theory of correspondence and his claim of 'Copernican revolution'.The former requires cognition to fit with their objects,the latter claims the objects are the constructed results.Furthermore,when Kant argued for the role of concepts(categories) playing on experience,he took the logical relationship between the pure understanding concepts and experience,which ordinarily is necessary,as sufficient one,this consists of a fundamental problem for his theory of category.There are some further relevant problems as well,such as how the formal rules of synthetic judgment can determine the validities of the contents of judgments,and how the subjective conditions of thought can make knowledge have their objective validities,etc.
