摘  要:目的建立高压罐消解、微波消解ICP-MS法测定粉条中铝的方法,并对2种前处理方法进行比较。方法高压罐消解、微波消解为前处理方法,以硝酸为消化液,利用ICP-MS分析,测定粉条中的铝含量。结果该方法线性范围在0 ng/ml^200 ng/ml之间,线性相关系数0.9998,检出限在0.72 mg/kg,2种前处理方法的精密度(RSD)在0.51%~1.9%之间,回收率在99%~102%之间。结论实验过程选择2个不同浓度的样本进行分析,结果表明2种前处理方法对于粉条中铝测定的精密度和准确度差异无统计学意义,均满足食品样本的测定需求。比较高压罐消解法和微波消解法,这2种方法都属于密闭高压体系,都使用硝酸一种试剂,均减少了环境及试剂对测定结果的影响。其中微波消解法在硝酸的使用量上少于高压消解法,对于批量处理样本时,可以节约成本,更有优势。Objective To establish the method for determination of aluminum in vermicelli by microwave digestion and high pressure tank digestion with ICP - MS, and compares two pretreatment methods. Methods High pressure tank digestion and microwave digestion were as the pre - treatment methods, nitric acid was as the digestive juices, check the determination of alu- minum in vermicelli by ICP - MS. Results The linear range is between 0 ng/ml - 200 ng/ml, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the detection limit is 0.72 mg/kg. The precision (RSD)of the two pretreatment methods is between 0.51% N 1.9%. Recovery is between 99% - 102%. Conclusion Choose two different concentration of samples for analysis, the results show that two kinds of pretreatments for determination of aluminum in vermicelli has no significant difference on precision and accuracy. Both of the two pretreatment methods can meet the determination of food samples. Comparing high pressure tank di- gestion with microwave digestion, both of them were high pressure system, and were using nitrate as digestion reagents, and then both of them were reduced influence on the determination results from environment and the reagents. The microwave digestion used fewer nitric acid, more suitable for determination of a large number of samples, can save cost and has more advantages.
