EnVision法在病理免疫组织化学检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的对比EnVision法和ABC法进行病理组织检测的效果。方法选取10例肾母细胞瘤和7例滤泡性恶性淋巴瘤石蜡标本,每个标本连续切2张片,分为EnVision组和ABC组,分别检测组织中WT1、CD10、Bcl-6 3种抗原的表达情况。结果 EnVision法较ABC法染色时间缩短;EnVision法检测WT1、CD10、Bcl-6 3种抗原的表达均优于ABC法检测,背景清晰,无明显非特异性着色,阳性表达清晰。结论 EnVision法是一种敏感度高、特异性强、背景低、染色快速、操作简便的免疫组化方法,值得在临床病理检测中推广应用。Objective To compare the effect of pathological detection with EnVision method and avidinbiotinperoxidase complex method （ABC） method. Methods 10 eases of Wilms tumor and 7 cases of follicular lymphoma paraffin specimens were select- ed. Each specimen wascut into two slices, and were separately detected the antigen expression of WT1, CD10 and Bcl - 6 with EnVision method and ABC method. Results The dyeing time was shorter with Envision method than with ABC method. And the expression of detectiong WT1 ,CD10 and Bcl -6 with Envision method is better than with ABC method. And background is clear, has no obvious non - specific coloring, the positive expression is clear. Conclusion EnVision method is useful immuno- histochemical method which has a lot of features of high sensitivity and specificity, low background staining, simple operation and so on, and we advocate the routine use of the EnVision method in pathology.
