产业集群跨生命周期演化及转换期企业行为模式研究

摘　　要：本文认为产业集群发展演化并不完全局限于传统的单个四阶生命周期,而存在跨生命周期演化的现象,并初步构建了产业集群跨生命周期演化曲线。在跨生命周期演化过程中存在一段U型"转换"曲线,衔接前后两个四阶生命周期,同时推动产业集群转型升级。基于简化的产业集群结构模型,本文推演得到产业集群内企业在"转换"阶段的行为模型,并对产业转型的一些现象作出了解释。文末针对如何利用转换阶段引导产业集群跨生命周期演化,以及"转换"过程中新"种子"引入和"成核"阶段提出建议。This paper argues the exist of cross-lifecycle evolution in industrial cluster and builds the cross-life-cycle evolution curve of industrial cluster. It is not entirely confined to the traditional single fourth-order-life-cycle. There is a u-shaped transformation curve connecting former and latter life-cycle evolution, promoting industrial upgrading at the same time. Furthermore,this paper infers and builds a corporate behaviors model in transformation stage and explains some phenomenons based on a simplified industrial cluster structure model. At the end of the article, it puts forward some suggestions to the＂sow＂ stage and ＂Seeds connection＂ stage for promoting across-life-cycle evolution of the industrial cluster.
