摘　　要：本研究基于"个人-社会-地区"的三角模式建立街道层面的主观幸福指数测评体系,包括物质保障、身心健康、家庭社会关系、自我价值实现、生活便利和环境舒畅等六个一级指标。对杭州市上城区清波街道776位居民进行随机入户调查,结果表明:基于街道层面测量居民的主观幸福指数是可行的,可以作为一种自下而上的街道管理创新模式,更好地为实际工作提供方向和指导。The current study intends to design an evaluating index system to describe the residents＇ subjective well-being status at the sub-district level,based on a triangle mode of personal, social, and local life satisfaction, including six dimensions of material living condition, physical and psychological health, family and social relationship, self-worth achievement, life convenience and environmental comfort. Randomly door interviews conducted among 776 residents from sub-district Qingbo showed the result that the evaluating index system to assess the residents＇ subjective well-being status at the sub-district level was feasible, as a creative community management mode, and would be of some assistance to make decision in sub-district＇s practice.
