摘　　要：目的 调查院外急救人员心理健康现状,探讨影响因素,提出改进措施,为开展心理干预提供科学依据.方法 应用症状目评量表对北京急救中心255名院外急救人员做定量调查,采用专题小组访谈对院外急救和相关科室人员做定性分析.结果 院外急救人员各因子分均高于全国常模,不同性别、岗位、工作年限急救人员心理健康状况差异有统计学意义.结论 院外急救人员心理健康状况整体水平明显低于一般人群,改善急救人员心理状况和心理素质已成为不可忽视的重要问题.Objective To investigate the mental health status of pre-hospital emergency personnel,analyze the factors affectihg their mental health,propose the measures improving mental health,and provide scientific basis to carry out psychological intervention.Methods A total of 255 pre-hospital emergency staff in Beijing Emergency Medical Center participated in the survey of Symptom Checklist.In addition,some pre-hospital personnel and departments staff were interviewed by adopting the Focus Group Interviews for qualitative.Results The factors and the total score of Symptom Checklist of the pre-hospital personnel reflected higher than the nationwide average.A significantly different mental health condition was demonstrated in different gender,job pdsition,as well as working experience.Conclusion The mental health condition of pre-hospital emergency personnel is significantly lower than the population average.It has become imperative to improve their mental health and quality.
