摘　　要：目的 探讨和评价在高海拔、高寒地区于折叠式方舱医院内实施白内障超声乳化手术的可行性.方法 冬季室外温度-25℃的条件下,在海拔4 000 m的青海地区在自行设计的折叠式方舱医院内为17名白内障患者实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入手术的17名白内障患者的术后视力、眼压、术中和术后并发症进行分析.结果 17例白内障患者术中和术后未见后囊破裂、高眼压、眼内炎等并发症,术后炎症反应轻,视力均明显提高.结论 在高海拔、高寒地区,在折叠式方舱医院实施白内障手术是可行的、效果好.Objective To study the feasibility and efficacy of phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation for cataract patients within folding shelter hospital in area with high altitude and extremely cold climate.Methods Seventeen cataract patients in Qinghai Province,an area with high altitude and extremely cold climate,underwent phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation within the folding shelter hospital,made with ？？,with air purifying system and a constant teomperature of 27℃,in cold winter when the outdoor temperature was-25℃.Results All operations were performed smoothly.All patients felt comfortable.After surgery all 17 patients showed significant improvement in the visual acuity （reaching 0.3～1.0）.No case of rupture of posterior capsule,high intraocular pressure,or endophthalmitis was found.Postoperative anterior chamber inflammation was mild.Conclusion It is feasible and effective to do surgery for cataract patients in folding shelter hospital in areas with high altitude and extremely cold climate.
