汉语国际教育专业人才培养模式创新实验区的探索与实践——以华北科技学院为例

摘　　要：人才培养模式创新实验区建设是探索汉语国际教育专业发展的有效途径,作为一个新兴专业,应坚持以人为本的教育理念,以应用型、国际化本科人才为目标导向,以"四双"人才为培养特色,以海外实习就业为建设亮点,以文化传承为历史使命,尝试通过"三联式"为途径的"E+T"人才培养模式,探索理工科为主体办学环境下汉语国际教育专业可持续发展之路。It is an effective way for major of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages to constructingpersonnel training mode innovation experimental area. As a newly - developing major aiming at applied and in-ternationalized undergraduate talents, people -oriented educational idea ought to be adopted. In addition, itshighlight is overseas internship and employment. Meanwhile, its historic mission is cultural inheritance. In theend, through Personnel Training Mode of education and training, it explores sustainable development road ofthe major in college mainly consisting of science and engineer majors.
