摘　　要：阐述高校科研档案共享的意义,分析高校科研档案管理过程中存在的问题,从增强科研档案意识到加强领导、完善科研档案管理制度、提高档案管理人员的素质、促进高校科研成果转化等5个层面提出解决对策。This thesis expounds the significance of the file sharing and analyzes the problems existing in the process of scientific research archives management in colleges and universities.Countermeasures from five aspects are put forward by strengthening the consciousness of scientific research archives to strengthen leadership,perfecting the system of scientific research files management,enhancing the quality of archives management,scientific research a-chievements transformation of colleges and universities.
