校企合作订单式模式与定向式模式的可行性对比研究

摘　　要：目前,校企合作模式越来越多元化,选择合适的合作办学模式是众多院校亟待解决的问题。订单式合作模式与定向式合作模式是校企合作办学模式中深度合作的两种重要方式,目前学界对于此两种人才培养模式的对比研究还比较少。文章对订单式和定向式两种合作模式在概念、实施模式、可行性等方面进行对比研究后,认为定向式模式风险更低,可操作性更强,校企双方应根据实际情况选择最合适的合作模式。Nowadays,to select an appropriate mode of university-industry collaboration is an urgent problem for many colleges and universities as the cooperation patterns are more and more diversified. The order-oriented mode and the directional type mode are two key ways of the deep cooperation in university-industry collaboration,but until now there have been less comparative studies on two kinds of talent training mode. The conclusion shows that the directional type mode has lower risk and stronger operability by comparatively studying on the concept,implementation mode,and feasibility of the two modes.
