高职护理学生专业选择与综合素质评价的研究

摘　　要：文章通过对某医学高职院护理专业606名学生在新生入学时所进行的专业选择的问卷调研,结合其第一学年的年度综合素质评价结果,进行专业选择与综合素质评价的研究。根据研究结果,我们发现把握好学生在校期间的专业思想教育、专业技能学习的教育环节,可以对护理专业学生的学习、活动等起到积极的推动作用。The paper researches the major selection and comprehensive quality assessment by the questionnaire inquiry of 606 students in a higher vocational nursing major when they entranced the school and the annual comprehensive quality evaluation results of them in the first year. According to the results of the research, we discover that it is important to grasp the professional ideological and skill learning education of the students, and it can play a positive role on the nursing students＇ study and activity.
