摘　　要：目的以上海市徐汇区卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务工作的满意度着手,研究基层卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务服务工作中积累的经验及存在的问题。方法采用AHP(层次分析法)与调查法相结合的方法。结果管理相对人对于基层卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务工作的满意度较高,平均满意度为96.58%,最倾向于卫生监督员在现场执法监督中的直接工作指导。结论根据调查结果,基层卫生监督机构应积极提倡培训服务主体多元化,拓展培训服务对象,改进培训服务模式;在培训服务形式方面积极丰富指导内涵;培训服务内容可形成点面指导相结合、分类指导与个别指导相结合、普遍指导与特殊指导相结合的新型培训服务组织形式;培训服务方式要引入现代信息技术为特征的、新型的现代沟通方式。[Objective]Through analyzing the satisfaction toward training services in administrative guidance of basic health supervision institutions in Xuhui District,investigate the experiences and the existing problems in the administrative guidance training services of basic health supervision institutions.[Methods]AHP（ analytic hierarchy process） combined with the survey method was applied in this study.[Results]The relative person of management showed higher satisfaction toward training services in administrative guidance of basic health supervision institutions,which the average satisfaction degree reached 96. 58%,and they were prone to receive the direct guidance of health supervisors in the field supervision.[Conclusion]According to the investigation results,firstly,basic health supervision institutions should actively advocate the multi-subjects of training services,expand the training service object,and improve the training service mode. Secondly,it is necessary to enrich the guidance connotation. Thirdly,the new training service organization form should be established,which included the combination of point-surface guidance,the combination of classification guidance and individual guidance,as well as the combination of general guidance and special guidance. Finally,it is urgent to apply the new modern communication mode that is characterized by modern information technology.
