摘 要:目的探讨半导体激光和MS-COAT脱敏剂治疗龈下刮治和根面平整术后根面牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法将接受龈下刮治及根面平整术后出现根面牙本质过敏的慢性牙周炎患者34例(共266颗患牙)随机分为两组,分别采用半导体激光和MS-COAT脱敏剂脱敏,对即刻疗效和1个月后疗效进行评价,并记录不良反应。结果即刻有效率半导体激光组为96.10%,MS-COAT脱敏剂组为95.60%,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。1个月后有效率半导体激光组为91.50%,MS-COAT脱敏剂组为84.60%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者均无并发症发生。结论两种方法对治疗龈下刮治和根面平整术后产生的根面牙本质过敏的疗效均较明显,操作安全方便。远期疗效以半导体激光更优。Objective To compare the clinical effect of diode laser with MS- COAT desensitizer in treatment of dental hy-persensitiveness after subgingival scaling and root planing. Methods Thirty four patients (266 teeth) with dentine hypersensi-tivity after scaling and root planing were randomly assigned to receive diode laser (130 teeth) or MS- COAT desensitizer (136 teeth) for treatment, respectively. The effects immediately and one month after treatment were evaluated and the adverse reac-tions were recorded. Results The immediate postoperative effective rate of diode laser group and MS- COAT desensitizer group were 96.10% and 95.60%(P〉0.05), respectively. The one- month effective rate in diode laser group was significantly higher than that in MS- COAT desensitizer group (91.50%vs 84.60%, P〈0.05). No complications were observed in both groups. Conclusion The two types of treatment for dental hypersensitiveness after scaling and root planing are effective, safe and conve-nient. Diode laser is better in long- term efficacy.
