超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体在覆盖义齿中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察Targis瓷聚体根帽结合磁性附着体用于牙列缺损患者的修复疗效。方法:49名患者制作58件磁性附着体,对义齿的固位、牙龈健康状况及衔铁有无脱落进行为期2年的随访观察。结果:磁性附着体磁力无削弱,义齿稳定性好。结论:Targis瓷聚体超瓷根帽结合Magfit磁性附着体能提高义齿的固位力,工艺学步骤简单,保护附着体的磁力不被削弱,可提高义齿的修复质量。Objective：To observe the clinic effect of Targis ceramic polymer as root caps and magnetic attachments in patients of dentition defects. Method：To make 58 magnetic attachments for 49 patients, and make clinical observation of retention of their overdentures, gingival health and armature retention.The reaction of patients were recorded from 3 months to 24 months. Result：Magnetic force of all magnetic attachments were not evidently reduced and all overdentures kept in the good steady state. Conclusion：Magnetic attachments with root caps made with Targis ceramic polymer can improve the re-tention of overdentures. Through Targis ceramic polymer,the technology process steps were simplified. On the other hand, magnetic force of magnetic attachments were kept well and the qulity of dentures was guaranteed.
