奥施康定治疗老年晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者疗效及安全性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥施康定(盐酸羟考酮控释片)在治疗老年晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者中的临床疗效及不良反应,明确该药物的有效性及安全性。方法根据患者疼痛程度选择奥施康定镇痛治疗,10mg/12h口服,个体化调整给药剂量,达到患者无痛状态,评价患者疼痛缓解情况及不良反应的观察。结果 48例老年晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者完全缓解26例(54%),部分缓解19例(40%),轻度缓解2例(4%),无效1例(2%),疼痛总缓解率98%。不良反应主要表现为消化道反应,其中便秘28例(58%),恶心呕吐8例(17%),尿潴留1例(2%)。结论奥施康定治疗老年晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者镇痛效果疗效显著,不良反应较轻,疼痛缓解有效率及安全性高,能有效改善老年晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者的生活质量。Objective To observe clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions of the OxyContin （oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets） in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced pancreatic cancer pain, to make clear the efficacy and safety of the drug. Methods According to the pain degree of patients, take the treatment of OxyContin 10mg/12h orally, individualized adjustments of dosage to achieve painless state of patients, evaluate the pain relief of patients and observe the adverse reaction. Results 26 cases （54%） was completely relieved in 48 cases of elderly patients with advanced pancreatic cancer pain, 19 cases （40%） was partially relieved, 2 cases （4%） mildly relieved, 1 case （2%） invalidly relieved, the total pain relief rate was 98%. The main side effects were gastrointestinal reaction, including 28 cases of constipation （58%）, 8 cases of nausea and vomiting （17%）, 1 case of urinary retention （2%）. Conclusion The OxyContin is effective in treatment of the elderly patients with advanced pancreatic cancer pain, less adverse reactions, high pain relief efficiency and safety, can improve the elderly patients quality of life effectively who have advanced pancreatic cancer pain.
