复合辅酶减轻鼻咽癌放化疗毒副反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复合辅酶减轻鼻咽癌放化疗毒副反应的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将我院收治的80例中晚期鼻咽癌患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组在放化疗综合治疗基础上给予复合辅酶治疗,对照组仅给予放化疗综合治疗,比较两组患者近期疗效及毒副反应发生情况。结果两组患者近期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者口咽黏膜反应、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制及照射野皮肤反应等毒副反应严重程度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合辅酶辅助治疗鼻咽癌可有效减轻放化疗毒副反应,对提高患者生活质量和治疗耐受性均有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical effects of chemoradiotherapy toxic and side effect for the patients with nasopharynx cancer by coenzyme complex. Methods 80 cases of patients with nasopharynx cancer were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group were treated by chemoradiotherapy combine with coenzyme complex, the control group were treated by chemoradiotherapy. The short-term effects and toxic and side effect were compared for the two groups. Results There was no significant difference on the clinical effects for the two groups（P〉0.05）; The oropharyngeal mucosa reaction, gastrointestinal reaction, myelosuppression, radiation skin reactions for the experiment group were lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of chemoradiotherapy toxic and side effect for the patients with nasopharynx cancer by coenzyme complex is good, it can increase the living quality and tolerance.
