摘 要:提出了一种自旋式湍流控制器,将钢液自身的重力势能转化为水平方向的动能,使其在湍流控制器内做旋转流动,以提高夹杂物的分离去除。采用CFD软件Fluent对中间包内的流场进行了数值模拟,分析了中间包内的流场特征。结果表明,自旋式湍流控制器内钢液的旋转运动明显,强烈的圆周运动有利于夹杂物的向心聚集、碰撞团聚、长大以及上浮去除。A spin turbulence controller was proposed. It can change the gravitational potential energy of the liquid steel itself into kinetic energy of the horizontal direction, and the liquid steel in the turbulence controller can flow in the rotating to improve inclusion removal separation. The flow field in tundish was simulated by using the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent. And the characteristics of flow field in tundish were analyzed. The results show that the swirling flow of molten steel is obvious in the spin type turbulence controller. Moreover, the strong rotational flow is beneficial to the centripetal aggregation, the collision together, growth up and removal of inclusions.
