摘 要:板材在冲压成形过程中,复杂结构零件会产生很多缺陷,如起皱,拉裂及卸载后工件的回弹,严重影响了冲压件的成形精度。采用数值模拟与正交试验相结合的优化分析方法,研究了S梁覆盖件冲压成形工艺的优化。依据正交试验方案,以凹模圆角半径、冲压速度、摩擦系数、压边力为研究因子,最大减薄率、最大增厚率为评价指标,采用有限元软件Dynaform进行冲压成形模拟。最终得到了最优的凹模圆角半径、冲压速度、摩擦系数、压边力等工艺参数组合。In the process of stamping sheet, parts with complex structure will generate a lot of defects, such as wrinkling,crack or the springback of work piece after unloading, which affects the forming precision of the stamping parts seriously.S-beam stamping process optimization was studied by using the optimal analysis method of combining numerical simulation with orthogonal experiment. According to the orthogonal test scheme, taking the radius of die, punch speed, friction coefficient, blank holder force as the study factor, and taking the maximum thinning rate and maximum thickening rate as evaluation index, stamping forming was simulated by adopting finite element software Dynaform. Finally, the combination of the optimal radius of die, punch speed, friction coefficient, blank holder force and so on was obtained.
