印片细胞学与DNA倍体分析在诊断肺部肿块术中冷冻样本中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨印片细胞学与DNA倍体分析对诊断术中冷冻肺部良恶性肿块的价值。方法通过印片细胞学及DNA倍体全自动图像分析仪分别对86例肺部肿术中冷冻样本做出病理诊断,并与常规石蜡切片病理诊断进行比较。结果印片细胞学对肺部肿瘤术中冷冻样本诊断的特异性为88.9%,敏感性为83.1%,准确率为88.4%;DNA倍体分析对肺部肿瘤块术中冷冻样本的诊断特异性为100%,敏感性为94.9%,准确率为96.5%;两者比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论印片细胞学结合DNA倍体分析对肺部肿瘤术中冰冻样本良恶性的诊断具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore intraoperative pathological diagnosis value of lung tumor by the cell smear and DNA ploidy analysis.Methods The result of 86 cases of lung tumors pathological diagnosis by cell smear and DNA ploidy automatic image,were analyzed and conventional paraffin sections were compared.Results In the 86 cases,specificity of cell smear for intraoperative frozen diagnosis of benign and malignant lung tumor was 88.9％,sensitivity 83.1％,and the accuracy was 88.4％ ; for DNA ploidy analysis,the specificity was 100％,sensitivity was 94.9％,the accuracy was 96.6％,with a statistically significant difference （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions Intraoperative pathological diagnosis of lung tumors by cell smear and DNA ploidy analysis has a higher value.
