摘　　要：目的根据脑血管不同部位3D-DSA成像,探讨全面质量控制(TQM)在3D-DSA脑血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾162例(TQM前50例TQM后112例)3D-DSA图像采集过程,分析不同图像质量原因,采用相应质控措施。结果全面质控前图像优、良、差率分别为70%、20%,10%。全面质控后为97.32%、2.68%、0%。图像优秀率明显上升。结论良好的质控是优秀3D-DSA图像的保证。Objective To investigate the value of the total quality management （TQM） in diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases by means of 3D-DSA imaging of cerebral blood vessels at various areas.Methods 162 cases of 3D-DSA were reviewed among which 50 cases were conducted without TQM process while 112 case were conducted with TQM process. The image quality was analyzed in relation to corresponding quality control parameters.Results Excellent, good and bad quality rate of 3D-DSA imaging without TQM process was 70%, 20% and 10% respectively, whereas that with TQM process was 97.32%, 2.68%, 0% respectively. The quality of imaging was significantly enhance with application of TQM process.Conclusion Appropriate TQM process can guarantee the high quality of 3D-DSA images.
