解剖性右半结肠切除的临床应用

摘　　要：回顾性分析10例接受解剖性右半结肠切除术的右半结肠癌患者的临床资料,探讨解剖性右半结肠切除术治疗右半结肠癌的安全性及近期疗效。10例手术均顺利完成,术中清扫淋巴结(18.0±6.7)枚,平均手术时间(162.7±25.3)min,平均失血量(95.2±32.5)ml,术后肛门排气时间(4.2±1.9)d,肿瘤平均大小(4.9±3.2)cm;全组未出现明显并发症。由此认为解剖性右半结肠切除在右半结肠癌治疗上安全可行,值得推广。The clinical data of 10 cases undergone anatomic resection for right colon cancer from January 2013 to February 2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively, to evaluate the safety and short-term effects of anatomic resection for right colon cancer. All the 10 operations were successfully completed. The number of cleared lymph nodes was （ 18.0 ±6. 7 ） , the mean operative time was （ 162. 7± 25.3 ） rains, the mean blood loss was （95.2±32.5） ml, time to first flatus was （4.2 ± 1.9） days, and the mean size of tumor was （4. 9 ±3.2） cm. In these 10 patients, there was no evident complications. We conclude that anatomic resection for right colon cancer was safe and feasible, It is worth popularizing.
