纤维桩联合铸造纯钛环与铸造纯钛桩修复龈下残根的疗效比较

摘  要:目的:探讨纤维桩联合铸造纯钛环与铸造纯钛桩对龈下残根修复的治疗效果。方法:选择2008-2011年在我科收冶的50例经过完善根管治疗后龈下残根的病例,25例采用铸造纯钛环+玻璃纤维桩+全冠修复(A组),25例采用铸造纯钛桩+全冠修复(B组)。经过2年观察,从桩核松动脱落、根折、牙龈变色三方面观察其修复后疗效。结果:A组25例未出现不良症状。B组25颗患牙无牙龈变色,根折1颗,桩核松动4颗。根折和桩核松动脱落发生率2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在与牙根组织结合、牙根应力分布及美观性方面,纤维桩和纯钛环组合的桩核与单纯纯钛桩核比较有较明显的优势。Objective:To explore the curative effect of the ifber post associated with casting pure titanium ring and casting pure titanium post on the reparation of subgingival residual root. MethodFifty teeth were se-lected by the reparation of subgingival residual root after root canal therapy in our department during 2008-2011. Twenty-ifve teeth were received the reparation by casting pure titanium ring and ifber post and all-ceramic crown. Other 25 teeth were received the reparation by casting pure titanium post and all-ceramic crown. Then observed for 2 years. The effect was estimated from 3 aspects;the stability of the core;root fracture or not;and the gum around the prostheis. ResultWithin the 25 cases treated with casting pure titanium post core crown, one hap-pens root fracture, four cores shed from root, and zero happen gingival discolor. But other 25 cases work well and have no adverse sign. There was signiifcant difference in the root fracture and shed from root (P&lt;0.05). Conclu-sion:Using pure titanium ring and ifber post have obvious advantages than using pure titanium post in combining with the root tissue and stress distribution of root and the best visual impression.
