摘 要:目的:探讨缺血再灌注时间对肝癌肝内转移生长的作用。方法:建立70%缺血再灌注模型肝癌肝内转移小鼠模型。分为四组:假手术组,缺血15min组,缺血30 min组,缺血45 min组。四组都要在再灌注后注射肿瘤细胞,观察小鼠的生存时间,肿瘤大体观察,肿瘤组织切片HE染色计算肿瘤肝组织被替代区域(HRA)。结果:缺血30 min组和缺血45 min组肿瘤肝脏肝组织被替代区域更大,小鼠生存时间更短。结论:缺血30 min、缺血45 min组肝损伤相对更重,肝内肿瘤转移生长更快。Objective: It is reported that hepatic ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) during hepatectomy accelerates liver tumor growth,The aim of this study was to examine the whether the time of is- chemia/reperfusion can influence the liver tumor metastases and growth. Methods: A murine tu-mor model of ischemia/reperfusion was divided into four groups: sham operation, 15-min period of 70% partial live ischemia, 30-min period of 70% partial live ischemia, 45-min period of 70% partial live ischemia. Results: In those mice subjected to 30 and 45 min of 70% hepatic I/R, there is a sig- nificant HRA increase, lower survival time and higher ALT levels when compared with mice receiving tumor injection and laparotomy alone. CoNCLUSION: There were significant liver injury and increased tumor metastasis and growth after ischemia of more than 30 rain. The mice with tumor cell injection had a lower survival time after ischemia of more than 30 min.
