摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部血管超声对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:选取本院2012—2013年因头晕行颈动脉超声检查的患者2 933例,分别详细记录颈动脉硬化斑块及狭窄情况。结果:颈部血管超声对于粥样硬化斑块及狭窄的检出率有所上升。结论:颈动脉斑块及狭窄首选的影像学检查是超声,对脑血管病可以早期诊断,是一种良好的筛查手段。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the neck blood vessels in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods： The author selects patients, who were divided into less than 60 years of age and more than 60 years of age from 2012 to 2013. Male and female patients with dizziness had carotid ultrasound and detailed records of carotid atherosclerosis plaque and stenosis. Results： Neck vascular ultrasound for atherosclerotic plaque and stenosis detection rate were on the rise. Conclusion： Carotid plaque and stenosis preferred ultrasound imaging, which can detect early stage of cerebrovascular disease and is a good screening tool.
