基于SEM的高校科研团队知识共享影响因素研究

摘　　要：高校科研团队以高校为依托,是国家创新主体的重要组成部分,探索影响高校科研团队知识共享的因素具有重要意义。从知识共享过程角度构建了高校科研团队知识共享的影响因素模型,采用结构方程模型(SEM)对已构建的影响因素模型进行实证分析,结果表明:知识共享主体、知识特性、知识共享渠道和知识共享环境四因素均对高校科研团队知识共享产生大致相当的影响,其中知识共享渠道的因素负荷量相对较大,对知识共享产生较为显著性正向影响。The college scientific research team based on its university, it is an important part of the na- tional innovation subject, and it has important significance in exploring the influential factors of the knowledge sharing level in the college research team. This paper from the angle of knowledge sharing to construct the model of the influencial factors in tile knowledge sharing level for the college scientific re- search team. Adopting the structural equation model （SEM） to empirically analyze the constructed influen- tial factors, and the empirical results indicate： subject of the knowledge sharing, knowledge characteris- tics, channels of the knowledge sharing and environment of the knowledge sharing these four factors effect the college research team＇ s knowledge sharing produce roughly comparative. Among them, the load fac- tots of knowledge sharing channels are relatively large and els of the knowledge sharing. produce a significant positive effect for the lev-els of the knowledge sharing.
