摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症患者自身因素对服药依从性的影响。方法:采用自编服药依从性调查表对194例患者服药依从性进行评定分析。问卷内容包括一般资料、病情资料、服药依从性资料等。结果:病程>5年、年龄≤30岁、无/或基本无自知力患者服药依从性差与病程≤5年、年龄>30岁、有/或有大部分自知力患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者自身因素对服药依从性有较大影响。Objective： To explore effects of self-factors on medication compliance in schizophrenic patients. Methods： 194schizophrenic patients were investigated with self-made medication adherence questionnaire, including general information, disease in-formation, medication compliance information. Results： The medication compliance of the cases with duration of over 5 years and ageof less than or equal to 30 years old, with or with a lot insights was less than those with duration of less than or equal to 5 years and ageof less than or equal to 30 years old, with/ no insight, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Theown factors of the patients with schizophrenia have a greater impact on their medication adherence.
