摘 要:本研究首次对洗罐站污水水质和生物毒性进行了分析和评价。结果表明洗罐站污水污染物组成复杂、浓度高,平均COD在8000mg/L以上。活性污泥降解实验表明,37%的COD难被微生物降解。该废水的BOD5/COD仅为0.06,进一步证明该污水属于难生物降解污水。GC-MS分析结果显示,洗罐站污水中含有大量的大分子苯类、多环芳烃类、有机酸、醇类和烷烃类有机物,这些有机物大多具有生物毒性且分子量大、易被微生物富集,是污水难生物降解的主要原因。该污水的处理应考虑采用预处理技术提高生化降解性能后再进行集中处理。This study first reported the characteristic and biotoxicity of tank washing wastewater. The results showed that tank washing wastewater is complicated and high concentration of pollutant with average COD of over 8000mg/L. The experimental results showed that over 37% COD is difficult to be biodegraded. The value of BOD5/COD is 0.06 further demonstrated that washing tank wastewater is biorefractory. GC-MS results showed that macromoleculr benzene,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, organic acid and alcohol, alkanes were exist in the wastewater. Among them, most organic compounds are with big molecule and easily to be bio-concentrated. It should be considered that improve the biodegradability of the wastewater by pretreatment before discharging into the wastewater treatment plant.
