摘　　要：法制人格是现代法制社会不可缺少的重要因素和前提条件,公务员作为国家法律法规贯彻实施的主体,其法制人格的塑造是我国法制化建设的重要保证,也是依法行政的必然要求。本文就公务员法制人格的基本内涵进行了概述,提出法制人格塑造的必要性,并就法制人格塑造的途径与方法提出了合理化建议。As the subject for implementing laws and regulations,civil servants＇ legal personality is an indispensable prerequisite and important element in the modern law society,which plays an important guarantee in the course of legal construction in china,and also is the inevitable demand of administrate by law.This paper presents connotation of legal personality,necessity of cultivation and the way of cultivation.
