摘　　要：目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液溶血试验与体外细胞毒性反应。方法根据药理学试验方法学规定的溶血性试验方法及通过细胞毒性试验对不同浓度的丹参川芎嗪进行试验。结果丹参川芎嗪注射液原液稀释10倍后,溶血与细胞毒性反应表现一致。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液致溶血反应及细胞毒性反应的发生与多种因素有关,应引起高度重视。Objective To explore Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection. the hemolysis test and in vitro cytotoxicity test about Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Methods Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection was studied through adoption of the hemolysis test stipulated by the pharmacologic empirical methodology and the MTr test. Results The results of the hemolysis test and in vitro cytotoxicity test about Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection was consistency, which was diluted 10 times. Conclusion The occurrence of the Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection induced hemolytic reactions and the in vitro toxicity are related to many factors, to which great attention should be paid.
