摘 要:活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的工作状况对内燃机的正常工作有重大作用。气缸套在使用过程中的磨损影响到活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的润滑状态和密封性,并进一步影响到内燃机的经济性、动力性和排放特性。为了解活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的磨损特性,在活塞环-气缸套2维润滑特性分析的基础上,建立了适合于工程实际应用的磨损模型,计算了气缸套的2维磨损量分布,研究了内燃机运行时间、润滑油温度、粘度、活塞环-气缸套表面粗糙度等因素对活塞环—气缸套摩擦副磨损特性的影响,对气缸套的寿命做了预测,并以试验对理论分析做了验证。The operating conditions of cylinder liner and piston rings tribo-pair are very important for an internal combustion engine to operate normally. During operation,the wear of cylinder liner affects the lubrication and sealing performances,even the economy, power and exhaust emission characteristics of an engine. In order to comprehend the wear performance of cylinder liner and piston rings tribo-pair, the numerical 'model, which is suitable for the engineering use, has been set up based on the two dimensions lubrication analysis. The distribution of the two dimensions wear of cylinder liner has calculated,and the investigation of effects of the engine operation time, the oil temperature and viscose, the roughness of the surface of the cylinder and piston rings on the wear performance of the tribo-pair has also been carried out. The life of cylinder liner has been estimated, and this theoretical analysis is identified by the experiments.
