摘 要:逆向供应链中,汽车旧件供给成为再制造生产的瓶颈,如何提高回收效率与激励汽车旧件的回收量是亟待解决的问题。通过对国外回收渠道政策的梳理,分析对比汽车旧件的自主回收模式、外包回收模式以及联合回收模式,提出促进汽车旧件回收数量与效率的策略建议。研究结果表明:汽车再制造企业应从实际出发,选择合适的回收渠道,建立与正向汽车产业链下游的企业合作伙伴关系,提高回收效率。In the reverse supply chain, the supply of old automobile parts has become the bottleneck of remanufacturing. And it has been an urgent problem that how to improve the recycling efficiency and quantity of old automobile parts. Through sorting the foreign policies on recycling channels, analyzing manufacturers recycling modes, outsourcing recycling modes and joint recycling mode, the article proposed several suggestions on promoting the quantity and efficiency of recycling discarded automotive parts. The results showed that: automotive remanufacturing enterprises should choose the appropriate recycling channels considering reality, build partnerships with manufacturers in the downstream automotive industry chain to improve their recycling efficiency.
